The Strategy Assistant (Retail) provides essential administrative and operational support to the Strategy Division. This role is responsible for data gathering, monitoring, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely information is available for analysis and decision-making. The position also supports logistical needs, report preparation, and coordination with other divisions to align business activities and initiatives.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Collect and organize raw sales, inventory, and competitor data from multiple sources (e.g., POS reports, marketplace dashboards, competitor listings), ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Track advertising spends, promotional activities, and marketplace engagement metrics on a daily/weekly basis, maintaining updated records for review. 
  • Support in-store execution by visiting stores and evaluating needs for demo units and interactive displays for customer and engagement. 
  • Maintain and update trackers for inventory, demo units, and advertising performance, keeping data current and reliable for strategic decisions. 
  • Provide logistical support for training preparations by compiling materials, arranging schedules, and coordinating with relevant divisions. 
  • Draft daily reports by consolidating data, charts, and summaries in the required format for review by Strategy Associates or Sr. Associates. 
  • Monitor unanswered customer messages or inquiries on digital platforms, flagging urgent cases, and escalating to the appropriate store teammates. 
  • Stay up to date with product details, promotions, and internal processes to support accurate documentation and ensure alignment across trackers and reports. 
  • Track promotional campaign end dates and proactively coordinate with the Brand Division to support the creation of marketing materials that sustain engagement. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills 
  • Able to understand data and adapt to different tasks or situations
