The Account Management specialist is responsible for managing and growing existing dealer and corporate accounts within Distribution. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving repeat business, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing account profitability. The AMS will ensure client satisfaction, improve sell-through performance, and coordinate closely with internal teams for seamless execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealer and corporate accounts.
  • Develop account growth plans to increase sell-in and improve sell-through performance.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across assigned brands.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  • Monitor dealer performance, inventory levels, and reorder cycles.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, store visits, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade teams for online and offline promotions and visibility.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly sales performance reports and account health analysis.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning based on dealer movement trends.
  • Contribute insights for annual forecasting and expansion planning
  • Provide management with actionable growth recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B Sales Distribution
  • Background in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fast-moving technology products is preferred
  • Proven experience in lead generation and cold outreach
  • Strong hunter mentality with resilience to rejection
  • Comfortable with nationwide travel and fieldwork
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and disciplined in tracking leads
  • Strategic thinker, not purely transactional
  • Data-driven and proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • CRM familiarity is a plus
  • Driving skills preferred
