JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Specialist (Logistic Coordinator) will be executing plans and optimizing delivery and pick-up routing for B2B and B2C. The role oversees end-to-end logistics operations, ensures on-time execution, and serves as the main point of contact between internal teams, B2B and B2C and 3PL providers.
This position monitors performance, ensures compliance with transportation regulations, analyzes data to improve efficiency, and drives continuous process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate the optimal routing of delivery and pick-up requirements of B2B Logistics (Multiple Suppliers, Clients, and Distributor) and B2C Logistics (Individual Orders, Last Mile Delivery) to ensure efficiency of logistics operations.
- Oversee the entire Logistics Operations, ensuring that all delivery and pick-up for two (2) Business Models (B2B and B2C) are executed according to the planned routes and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of communication among enable team, suppliers, clients, distributors, and customers to address and resolve any delivery issues.
- Prepare reports on delivery and pick-up and support process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments/divisions such as Retail, Corporate, Distribution, Brand Marketing, Procurement, Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Inventory Team.
- Act as the liaison between the department and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless coordination and address any operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify improvements and develop strategies to report for process optimization.
- Support ad hoc logistics tasks and urgent operational issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field, or at least College Level with relevant logistics experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics management or coordination
- Pro/non-pro B2 License (valid at least 3 years)
- Can drive both manual and automatic transmission cars/utility vans.
- Familiarity with major roads or national highways
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time-management skills; proficient in MS Office, data analysis, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
