The Operations Associate (Expansion – Coordination) is responsible for the administrative and financial coordination of mall retail construction projects. This role ensures that all construction-related documentation, billing, and payables are properly processed, compliant, and aligned with approved budgets and project timelines. The position serves as the control point between contractors, mall administration, finance, and internal project stakeholders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Manage construction documentation (contracts, permits, plans, approvals). 
  • Coordinate submissions and compliance requirements with mall administration. 
  • Validate and process contractor billings and progress payments. 
  • Monitor project budgets and track cost variances. 
  • Maintain payables tracker and coordinate with Finance for timely payment. 
  • Prepare weekly project and billing status reports. 
  • Ensure all project records are organized and audit-ready. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 
  • 2–5 years experience in construction administration, retail expansion, or project coordination. 
  • Strong understanding of billing, contracts, and cost tracking. 
  • Proficient in Excel and documentation management. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. 
  • Can work 6 days per week, no fixed rest days.
