The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and development of the channels through strategic building and maintenance of Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E-commerce ownership of brands: hitting targets, monitoring stock of the brand, working with relevant teams to ensure the brand is profitable and growing smoothly
- Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reviewing product listings to ensure optimum store/product ranking and search optimized listings
- Ensuring pricing strategies are executed correctly and effectively
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve website design, user experience (UX), and customer journey
- Developing emerging channels to its full potential while maintaining the existing ones
- Managing relationships with online platforms and service providers
- Staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in E-commerce sales and marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward thinking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field
- Brand Management and Platform Ads experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
