The Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of online sales channels. The Ecommerce Lead will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with other departments to develop effective initiatives, and marketing strategies to maximize online presence and sales targets. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce sales strategies across platforms that align with the company's overall objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. 
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of online sales channels, leveraging data analytics and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. 
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. 
  • Develop and manage the ecommerce sales budget, allocating resources effectively and ensuring efficient cost management. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in ecommerce sales to maintain the company's competitive edge. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about ecommerce, online platforms, and new digital trends  
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales performance. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales, with at least 2 years in a lead role. 
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through ecommerce platforms and partnerships. 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and online customer acquisition.
