JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms
- Manage Meta ads campaigns particularly, messaging ads to drive conversions.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales
- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's marketing goals
- Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence
- Oversee the development of engaging and impactful content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives
- Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platforms
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in a digital marketing role (within the consumer electronics or lifestyle sectors - preferred but not required)
- Can report on-site 5 days/week
- Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Facebook/Meta Ads (Required), TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads for SEM (preferred)
- Knowledge in SEO preferred but not required
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand visibility and revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices
- Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
