JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content Marketing Supervisor/Manager to join our team and among other things take charge of managing the vibrant communities of our brands. As the Content Marketing Supervisor/Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various platforms (Google/Social Media/Website). This role will handle multiple in-house brands and manage a highly dynamic team.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design & executing marketing strategies for the company international and local brands
  • Developing and implementing content strategies, setting content goals, and aligning content with overall marketing KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and meeting timelines 
  • Understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to develop effective content strategies. 
  • Cultivate positive relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the community. 
  • Identify trends and utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns 
  • Oversee and improve reporting and analysis of content performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing content for better results 
  • Leverage network and identify KOL, influencers, and brand ambassadors for different brands
  • Oversee the content marketing team, monitor KPIs and improve processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Genuine strong interest in marketing and growing brands though marketing strategies
  • Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in managing large teams
  • Proven project management skills
  • Creative and has great storytelling skills
  • Has a curated portfolio of works
  • Can work on-site 5 days a week in Mandaluyong and attend events as needed
  • Can work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with using editing tools such as Adobe Products, Canva, and CapCut
  • Strong social media presence
