We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and, among other things, take charge of managing the vibrant communities of our brands. As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various platforms and utilizing analytics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and implementing content strategies, setting content goals, and aligning content with overall marketing objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and meeting timelines
- Understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to develop effective content strategies.
- Foster a sense of community among users by creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
- Cultivate positive relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the community.
- Support trade marketing initiatives such as offline events and workshops through content, activations, and KOL / influencer management.
- Identify trends and utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Provide regular reports by monitoring and analyzing content performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing content for better results

- Negotiate and work closely with KOL, influencers, and brand ambassadors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven project management skills
- Creative and has great storytelling skills
- Has a curated portfolio of works
- Can work on-site 5 days a week in Mandaluyong and attend events as needed
- Can work independently and collaboratively
- Able to use editing tools such as Adobe Products, Canva, and CapCut
- Strong social media presence
