The Brand Strategy Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies across the company’s portfolio, ensuring alignment between global brand direction and local market opportunities. This role drives awareness, engagement, and commercial performance by integrating brand positioning, go-to-market execution, and channel strategy.  

The role covers key brands under Enable PH’s portfolio, including Insta360, Ecoflow, Oura, and other leading consumer technology and lifestyle brands. As a key leadership role, the Brand Strategy Manager will manage and develop a team of brand professionals, while serving as a strategic partner to internal departments and external stakeholders, including brand principals and country managers. The role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, operational understanding, and high-level analytics to guide decision-making and accelerate brand growth. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:  

1. Brand Management​ 

  • Own and lead assigned brands as the primary point of contact internally and externally 
  • Build and strengthen relationships with brand principals, country managers, and key decision-makers 
  • Lead joint business planning, including annual strategies and marketing calendars 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand brand partnerships and portfolio growth 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Brand Strategy professionals, ensuring high performance and capability building 

2. Product Lifecycle Management​  

  • Drive alignment across sales, marketing, ecommerce, retail, supply chain, and finance teams 
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of inter-department processes to ensure seamless execution of initiatives 
  • Act as a central point of coordination to ensure brand strategies are effectively translated into execution across all channels 
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous process improvement 

3. Go-To-Market Execution​  

  • Work with Marketing Departments to plan and execute marketing plans and campaigns tailored to local channels.  
  • Work with Sales Departments (distribution, ecommerce, corporate and retail) to drive sales for all brands in the country.  
  • Monitor competitive landscape and ensure positioning is differentiated. 

4. Commercial Support​  

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to develop and execute localized campaigns 
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints and channels 
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain differentiation 

5. Commercial & Financial Management 

  • Own and analyze key financial metrics including margins, costings, pricing structures, and profitability  
  • Evaluate business cases, feasibility studies, and operational costs for new initiatives and product launches  
  • Partner with sales teams to develop effective sell-in strategies, incentives, and promotions  
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets 

6. Data Analytics & Business Insights 

  • Lead high-level reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management  
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory health, market dynamics, and consumer behavior  
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations  
  • Establish performance dashboards and KPIs across brands and channels 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a strong advantage ) 
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management within consumer electronics, lifestyle, or outdoor industries  
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership  
  • Strong track record of working with international principals and senior stakeholders  
  • Deep understanding of Philippine retail, distribution, and ecommerce landscape  
  • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in financial analysis (margins, pricing, cost structures, feasibility)  
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with high English proficiency  
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
