JOB SUMMARY: The After Sales Support Engineer is responsible for handling after-sales concerns and technical issues related to PowerOcean products. This role provides after-sales support, product commissioning, and technical assistance to customers and installer partners, ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. The position also requires strong product knowledge, field support, and collaboration with internal and international partners to resolve technical concerns efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers and installer partners in troubleshooting and repairing PowerOcean inverters and batteries.
- Provide after-sales support and product commissioning (startup) for PowerOcean systems.
- Report and coordinate with international partners regarding technical issues related to PowerOcean.
- Conduct training and guidance for newly partnered installers to make sure that they will adhere to safe practices and proper handling and installation of PowerOcean.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external partners, distributors, clients, and suppliers for after-sales concerns.
- Utilize analytical tools to track and analyze common after-sales issues and installer partner after-sales performance.
- Assist in developing and optimizing processes related to customer interactions.
- Implement and improve customer feedback processes to gather valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct field visits to assist customers and installer partners as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in solar project management and installation.
- Strong understanding of Solar PV systems and electrical components.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
- Strong knowledge of Solar, Grid AC/DC Connections, grounding, inverters, batteries and other safety related practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to perform fieldwork when required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule and render overtime when necessary.
